Advanced Classical Repertoire with Holly
Advanced Classical Repertoire with Holly
As contemporary teachers, many of us have never experienced a full advanced classical class. Repetition is important in our practice to allow ourselves and our clients to find deeper connections to exercises. While doing new things every class is great for variety, repeating exercises will allow us to explore a movement and find out just how tough Pilates can be. **Note** this will be taught without modifications as everyone joining us is a teacher. If something is not right for your body please sit out and observe the exercises or entire class.
