UPCOMING WORKSHOPS AND PROGRAMS

As the Pilates industry evolves, so should our understanding of movement, biomechanics, and safe, effective teaching practices. These workshops provide space to refine skills, deepen knowledge, and apply new ideas directly to real bodies and real movement—supporting longevity, confidence, and integrity in both teaching and practice.

  • Let’s go beyond the basics and explore the relationship our diaphragm has on our posture and pelvic floor function. We’ll discuss breath patterns and learn how they can lead to chronic issues. Then we’ll talk about techniques to use to address these issues with your clients. Part lecture, part hands on learning. You’ll be able to start teaching these techniques right away.

  • Now that you have a repertoire of exercises, let’s figure out together how to put them all together in an intentional movement sequence for your clients. We’ll address both Mat and Equipment planing.

We’ll also dive into verbal cueing to level up the basic cues we all already know. Think going from “Shoulder’s Down” to “Exhale and allow your shoulders to relax”. We’ll teach you why the “exhale” cue is the most important part of that cue.

Working With Injuries & Conditions: A Practical Guide For Pilates Teachers
$85.00

This workshop prepares you to confidently program for clients with common injuries and conditions of the shoulder, low back, knee, ankle, and foot. We’ll explore each region using a clear framework: what the condition is, who it affects, how it’s typically treated, and—most importantly—how to translate that into smart, safe Pilates programming.

You’ll leave with practical tools for client screening, identifying movements to modify or avoid, refining cueing for stability and alignment, and knowing when to refer out. Whether working with a frozen shoulder, post-op knee replacement, herniated disc, or chronic ankle sprain, you’ll gain the clarity and confidence to meet clients where they are—and help them move better because of it.
