UPCOMING WORKSHOPS AND PROGRAMS

As the Pilates industry evolves, so should our understanding of movement, biomechanics, and safe, effective teaching practices. These workshops provide space to refine skills, deepen knowledge, and apply new ideas directly to real bodies and real movement—supporting longevity, confidence, and integrity in both teaching and practice.

  • A professional development workshop for Pilates teachers at any stage in their career.

The postpartum body is one of the most misunderstood and underserved populations in the fitness and wellness world. As Pilates teachers, we are uniquely positioned to support new mothers but only if we understand what is actually happening in their bodies and why the standard approach often falls short.

This workshop gives you the foundational knowledge and practical tools to work with postpartum clients safely, effectively, and with genuine confidence from day 1 through full recovery.

When: July 16th from 5:30-7PM CST with Jacquelyn Brennan Co-Founder of The Lab

Where: In person at Pilates + Coffee OR Virtual Option via Zoom

~if you choose virtual, a link will be sent the morning of July 16th~

    What you will get:

    • Digital manual

    • Supplemental Recordings

  • A workshop for new and experienced Pilates teachers.

The first session is the most important hour you will spend with a client. It sets the tone for the entire relationship how they feel about Pilates, how they feel about you, and whether they come back. Yet it's rarely taught with the depth it deserves.

This workshop gives you a clear, repeatable framework for designing and delivering a first session that feels intentional, confident, and client-centered whether you're brand new to teaching or looking to refine what you already do.

When: Wednesday June 24th from 6-7:30PM CST with Maddy Sommers Co-Facilitator of The Lab Chicago.

Where: In person at Pilates + Coffee OR Virtual Option via Zoom

~if you choose virtual, a link will be sent the morning of June 24th~
